Flavio Comim

Flavio Comim is a development economist, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Economics at Ramon Llull University in Barcelona.
He also holds the position of an Affiliated Lecturer in Human Development at the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge.
Flavio Comim has an extensive academic background, having been a Fellow, College Lecturer, and Director of Studies in Economics at St Edmund's College, where he is currently a Visiting Fellow and a VHI Research Associate.
Until 2008, he was the Director of the Capability and Sustainability Centre at Von Hügel Institute.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Flavio Comim has contributed to various United Nations agencies, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
