This study investigates the enhancement of student-teacher relationships by supporting teachers' wellbeing. Addressing high dropout rates in Italy, particularly in disadvantaged areas, the project implements an intervention where teachers participate in psychologist-led group sessions to discuss challenges and receive support. The study evaluates the intervention's impact on teachers' mental health, student-teacher interactions, and students' wellbeing and educational outcomes. By improving teachers' wellbeing, the project aims to foster a positive classroom environment, enhance student motivation, and reduce early school leaving. This research contributes to understanding how psychological support for teachers can improve educational outcomes.
